i own a 2003 harley road king.i knocked out the end of my baffles so i wouldn't have to buy new pipes for my bike.love the sound.now my ridin partner has a 1981 goldwing and wants more sound in his bike.i looked at his pipes and the baffles look like they are intact with the pipes.if i cut the end of the baffles out can i then pull the baffles out or would the baffles still be intact from the inside? just wondering. thanks

Honda welds the baffels inside the exhaust outer wrap. Getting them out would be difficult and leave you with nothing more than a fancy stovepipe. I could only imagine the sound of the flat 4 without baffels.

If you mess with a Goldwing's exaust, you are asking for problems. You may however find an aftermarket exhaust that will give more "rumble"
