Water Softener Won't Backwash/Rinse

I recently had a problem with my Kenmore water softener not brining. I cleaned the venturi and installed new seals (seal kit). It is brining properly. Recently, I noticed my water tasting salty. After monitoring the cycle, I do not seem to have any fast flow backwash or rinse.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
