I know I goofed. I installed a column of glass blocks in my bathroom wall - 10 blocks stacked. But I was too cheap to buy the spacers. It looks horrible, of course. Is it possible to remove the blocks without damaging them and start over again? I used the expansion strips on the side and top, so it's mainly removing the mortar between the blocks

You might be able to cut the mortar with an angle grinder and the appropriate blade then clean them for reinstallation.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. I'll try it.
