The previous owner of my home had laid 12" ceramic tile in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Unfortunately, I have a few tiles in traffic areas that weren't "buttered" enough with mortar when they were laid and now pop and sound hollow when walked on. The grout seems fine and is not cracked.
I was wondering if it's possible to drill a hole in the gout in a corner and then inject something (epoxy?) that would flow into the hollow space underneath and stabilize the tile?
thanks!
Mike

Thanks! That's exactly the sort of thing I had in mind.
