I'm finishing a basement which will only have a 7' clearance when I'm done so I'll be putting in recessed lighting. I was thinking of pot lights with halogen bulbs. I read somewhere that halogens had a real nice light in places that get no natural light.
I was wondering how many I should get though. The room is 30'x12' and will be a computer area at one end and tv at the other. I was thinking of two rows of 4 or 5 lights. How does this sound or do you have any other ideas for lighting the room?
Thanks,
Sean
