Insulate Boiler & DHW Heater Lines

I had a new HW boiler sysytem and DHW tank installed. Should I insulate the hot & cold lines for the DHW tank as well as the supply and return lines of the boiler?

If so, how much of the exposed lines should I insulate?

You could on the DHW tank. On the boiler Id do them only if the basement got to hot.
