Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Tubs and Disposals - jacuzzi tub issue....sos!

hi guys and girls!
long time not on here...reason i/we just bought our first home, a new construction home that is.. and we just moved in,
hmm now my question is.....

IS it normal to have goowey brown residue coming from the jacuzzi tub..meaning when the tub is full of water it's clear, but once the jets are turned on..a brown goowey,greasey stuff floats in the water...ick,leaving a ring around the tub, and once wiped it smears,like greasey consistancy;(
can anyone tell me what this could be,before i go yappin to my builder on what this is b4 he /they give me some b.s...

and how can i get rid of it?

Sounds like some type of lube for the tub put in at the factory for storage purposes. If so, it should be covered in the owners manual. Not something I have ever seen done, just a guess. Should have been discovered at the builders final inspection or punch list. At least from the plumbers sign-off if nothing else.

hmm...from what i was told that it is this stuff greasy stuff they used when sodering something..when it was connected...now the jets..only push out air is that right?..water isnt pushed out through thos jet..huh?
