WHere to find composite reviews?

Anyone know of any unbiased sites where I can compare different brands of composite decking. I am feeling a little overwhelmed by all of the options and need a little help narrowing my choices down.

First of all, a disclaimer. I work for a lumber yard and was asked to write an article about the properties of composite decking and offer advice to anyone comparing products.

The article is located at this web site. http://woodtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=1901861. The article, which I wrote is titled, "All About Composite Decking" and doesn't mention any product at all, except in the opening where, they forced me to simply say, "we carry WeatherBest"

I have edited your post to make the link go directly to your article about composite decking, and remove some words that could be interpreted as advertising, which is not allowed on the DIY Forums.

I think the article is excellent and provides DIY'ers with some basic education to assist them in choosing composite's versus pressure treated, cedar, redwood, cypress, or whatever type of wood. And, it is helpful to someone trying to compare different deck building materials.

The biggest problem with comparing composite decking is comparing things like possible warping/creeping, shrinking, uv fading, ease of cleaning, etc.

Too many of the new composites have only been on the market for a year or two. There must be close to 75 manufacturers now.

Most of your searches will be futile.
