Hi.
I have a hot water storage tank that is working well with a gas boiler and is storing plenty of hot water. The problem I have is intermittent, and I believe has to do with the hot water pump. What happens is when I turn on the hot water; it sometimes comes out cold or warm, and often different temperatures depending which tap I use. If I turn off the pump, I can get very hot gravity pushed water down stairs. After I do this for a while and turn the pump back on, the hot water is fine throughout the house. But this problem keeps reoccurring. Any ideas?? Many thanks
