In my bathroom I have one drain pipe and a new sink top with two sinks. My question, will these sinks be like my kitchen sink with water backing up into one while the other drains? Is there any way to avoid this, short of re-doing the drain plumbing? I have already redone the supply plumbing and honestly do not think I can endure the drain re-do as it will be many times more difficult. Thanks for your help!

Sounds like your kitchen sink has a partial clog or a venting problem. To answer your question, if there are no blockages the water should not back up into the other sink. Good luck and post back.

Thanks, the kitchen sink here has always done that (mainly when the dishwasher is cycling) so I assumed the bathroom sinks would do the same given that the drain setup is the same. Thanks for your help!
