a new boiler install

I have plans to have a new boiler installed,which would be the most cost savings way to go, a peerless with a reillo burner or beckett? also what size boiler would be needed if i have aprox 175ft of base board plus room to spare I have intentions of heating my 15x30 pool as well with this unit. I have also heard about energy kinetics system 2000 but i am sure it is above my budget
