Ok i have a a/c unit outside and my furnace is in the house when i turn on the a/c the blower fan comes on no problem and if i put the auto/on swicth to on the blower will come on but with the auto/on switch to auto and heat/off/cool switch to heat i can smell the coils getting hot but the blower never comes on ican turn the fan on myself with the auto/on switch but i would rather do it right none of my beakers are poping and i own a double wide moble home if that helps Thanks in advance

You have a bad heat sequencer, which is another name for a relay. Often times they are called a stack sequencer. You could prove this by checking the part out with a voltmeter and ampmeter. Be safe messing around with this stuff, if you're not comfortable with electrical, call a professional.
The number one reason for these things failing is water dripping down from the evaporator coil above it.

ok I have pulled out the blower fan and I can now see that the coils are turning on then hitting safe temp and turning off I have found a small white cylinder that looks like a coil would this be the rely if do I am getting 24Vac on both connectors on the top of the cylinder how do you know if it is bad or id this a normally open rely also the prongs are rusted can i pick one of these up my yhr local homedepot i have pulled the part off and it a Cambridge capacitors (621-434A)

Dont think thats a capacitor they would be on the blower there oval or round.
Now it sounds like the fan relay for heat. take it with you .Graniger, Johnstone Supply, any Hvac shop should have them . Home depot or Lowes I dont think so.

Thank you for all your help it worked and my fan turns on when it heater coils do i did go ahead and replace the run capacitor i had pulled it out but anyway but non the less it is alive
