The carb can leak if dirty or assembled wrong. Did you disassemble the carb and clean the internal parts or did you just wash the outside?

Make sure that gas is getting to the carb. The hole you describe in the bottom of what I think is the float bowl should have gas in it. Is there gas flowing from the hole you descibe? An engine has to have compression to "pull" the fuel from the carb into the engine. Can yuo do a compression check with a compression guage? Another "cheap" way to check compression is if you put your finger over the spark plug hole while you turn the engine over. You should hear air escaping, trying to blow your finger off the hole if the compression is good. Let us know what you find.

Sounds like the fuel is getting to the carb. Is the fuel coming out of the float bowl screw hole as you mentioned? Now we need to find out why it's not getting into the cylinder. You would need to check each fuel jet in the carb and make sure ther are no restrictions. Make sure the carb float is not sticking allowing the carb to overflow into the engine or air box. Do we have spark at the spark plug? (do not place the spark plug near the plug hole while checking for spark  )

haha that would be something i got to see some time, well the kinda ring is floting and the pin atach to it is good i arenged everything but now all i got to do is get a new screw that srews in the midle of the carb because i twist or some thing like that now all i know is that it just wont go back in so #1 get new srew #2 atach every ting #3 crank #4 post news on this site :D

A few years ago this entry level tech placed the spark plug right by the hole and hit the starter...........1) I never seen a grown man soil himself so fast.2) the sound when that spark ignited left ringing in my ears and 3) the light show was very quick and fantastic. -Sean

you need to get the carburstor to stop leaking before it is going to work. its running by compression and it needs to be a sealed unit in order for it to work, weld it or you can just go ahead and replace it
