I Have A Jet Tub That I Want To Put Ceramic Tile Around.
1. Can I Put Tile On Top Of Green Board, Or Do I Need To Put Something Between The Two?
2. Can I Tile Around The Water Outlet Or Do I Need To Take It Off And Put It Back On-top Of The Tile?

According to the latest code, technically the green board should come out and be replaced with cbu, durock is what I normally use. I've seen surrounds done over greenboard, as long as the area stays relatively dry, there probably won't be a problem. However if I was doing this for myself I would replace the greenboard with durock and just do it right. By the water outlet, I'm assuming you're tlaking about the spout, I'd pull it off and just cout out for the pipe and then replace the spout, as long as there is sufficient thread to allow for the thickness of the tile and backer board. Hope that helps. Good luck with your project.
