heat pump frozen

1st night of heat and the heat pump ran almost all night and today it is frozen.
During the summer in A/C mode is was producing to must water at the indoor coil and overfilling the pan and clogged up the drain pipe.
Do you beleive on low of fraon?

if in the summer there was a water issue (possibly freezing up inside) yes, definately

other problem may be not going into defrost properly, get the refrigerant checked first
