Installing track lighting w/o ceiling fixture

My room does not have a ceiling fixture but the light switch in my room is attached to an electrical outlet.

How do you I install track lighting with such circumstances?

Each maker of track makes an entrence end feed with a cord and plug should you not want to "hard" wire the switch to the track. Firstly you need to identify the track maker and find a local supplier of that manifactor and get them to sell you a end feed that has a cord and plug on it.
