my bedroom door does not shut all the way. It sticks at the top and there is a large crack above the door frame that reaches to the ceiling. I realize this is from settling of the house. My question is how do you fix this?

Can you work on it. like jack it up from below?? If not just plain it down till it fit again.

You have the opportunity to address the, literally, underlying causation, which will continue unless corrected.
Or as ED mentioned, trim the door, again and again.

Like Snoonyb is telling you, cure the CAUSE -- the settling of the house. If you don't correct that, the problem is only going to get worse.
Sure, you can trim the door so that it opens and closes properly -- and you'll be doing it again in 6 months or a year.
