Hello! Just put in a new sink and when I ran water through it, I got a leak coming out where the ceramic meets the gasket underneath. When I took it apart, I notice a chip at the bottom of the sink where the gasket meets it so it's not flush, which I think is causing the leak. Any kind a repairs I can make on the sink (maybe caulk?). Argh!

Apply silicone that should help solve it.

Try Coolchem.com this is a fiberglass repair, we use it on our boat to repair cracks, chips, etc. comes in the form of a molding like clay, when dry is rock hard. I found it in the glue department of Home Depot. This stuff has all types of uses, just fill in the chip hole let it set up you can sand it, or what ever. check their web site, we would'nt be without it on the boat.
