Garage Door Problems

My garage door (wooden, single door) is hooked to a new Sears opener. Lately, it has been going down unevenly. When it finally stops the left side is about 2 inches higher than the right side.

I am able to pull the left side down to even it out, but as soon as the door goes up and down again it is uneven.

It also squeeks a lot now. It's not on the rail, but it sounds like the wheels.

Any ideas on how to fix this door.

Take the garage door loose from the opener to see how it opens and closes manually. It sounds like the rollers may be woren out and binding in the tracks. On most doors the outside hinges hold the rollers. They may be woren also.
You really should call a professional to check it over and possibly replace the rollers. With the door binding it could end up damaging the opener.
