I Live In A Mobile Home. The Bedroom Has A Cathedral Ceiling. The Box Is Pulling Out Where The Fan Is Hanging. How Can I Repair This?

Remove the box and install a proper fan rated box. Sounds like the box was not rated to hold the weight of a fan.

Sounds like somebody mounted a fan to a light fixture box. The solution to your problem is a $20 fan brace kit from your home center.
