Hello,

My drive way is old but still in tact. There are some small stains from rust marks coming through from the reinforcement. It is also a type of pebbled concrete (Pebbles are about 1/2 inch diameter on avaerage).
I want to resurface the driveway and possibly paint or stencile it. Is it possible with the exposed pebbles to resurface it? and how do I fix the rust?

Here is some information on resurfacing concrete. The rust from the rebar will require removing the surrounding concrete, refinishing the rebar, and repairing the concrete. The rusting rebar will eventually force the concrete apart.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
