Hi, I'm looking to put ceramic tile over a garage floor that has Epoxy rolled on it. Can i use a modified thin set and be okay? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.. :)

No thinset will stick to an epoxy. It will need to be ground off with a floor grinder. Head to your local rental center and tell them what you need to do and they will set you up with what you need. Once you get the epoxy off, You should be fine with a modified thinset. If you're in an area with freeze/thaw concerns and water gets into the garage at the doors, use an unmodified thinset mixed with that manufacturer's latex additive.
