The air coming out from the was cold for 10 sec / not icy air for 3-5 sec.
At the lowest temperature the air wasn't much colder than 23*C.
What could be wrong? Compressor.

You need to confirm whether or not the outdoor unit is operating.
Do you have the stat set for cooling?
Is there any ice at the indoor coil where the copper lines go into the plenum?
The 2 copper lines at the outdoor unit, is the fat insulated one cold and wet?
Have you changed the air filter lately?
