My PVC windows open up by turning a handle...When the window is open I can see two metal rails and arms, one on top and one at the bottom that slides to open and close the windows...What do I use to lubricate the window mechanism since the contractor did not mention it. Thanks a million

Spray the top & bottom rails with a silicone spray lubricant and the operator gears with white grease.
