Does anyone have experience with the portable ryobi $87 table saw at home depot? I'm looking for something for very light work.
Thanks

No, but what I would suggest is that you carefully examine and compare the fences on inexpensive bench top saws.
My experience with them is that the first one I purchased had a simple rod and wing nut affair that tightened and clamped the fence to the table.
This was a very poor setup that needed constant fiddling to get the fence set.
Not an endorsment for them but I just replaced this one with a cheap Delta bench saw that has a cam type clamp on the fence that works the same way as my 10" Delta contractor saw.
Ryobi might be ok.
Just get your hands on one in a store and get a feel for the different makes.

Hi
I agree with Greg check for delta.
I have 2, one cheap King and a Makita.
The king rip fence is a straight long sleve that u turn to titen to the table.
It's not to stable if you hit it gently it moves.
I used it mostly on construction sight for rought cuts only.
check around and compare.
cheers
