Mildew. (You probably have the Natural color)
Oxygenated bleach and a scrub brush.

Lefty, is the natural color (wood tone) the one that turns gray? If it's so, that's what I have. What is Oxygenated bleach? Thanks for your help.

Not mildew. Tannin bleed from the red oak which makes up about 50% of the composition of this product.

Everett, I just contacted Trex and they tell it's mildew. I will now ask them about the possibility that it's tannin bleed. I'll let you know. Thanks

This why they have class action lawsuits filed against them. I have worked with these folks and their R&D Department. They know exactly what it is. Feel free to email me if you need help with them. eabrams@deckrestorationplus.com
