Does anyone know where I can get an owner's manual for my boat? It's a 1992 Rinker186 with a 4.3 Mercruiser I/O Alpha one?

I'd look on eBay, for sure you can find the Owner's Manual for the motor there. Go to Rinker website for the boat.

Wal Mart on line or at the local Wal Mart store sell " Seloc Mercruiser Stern Drive Repair Manual" if you just need a picture break down or illustrations of parts try www.sterndrive.com or www.sterndrive.info as both site have great exploded drawings that show internal parts and their relationship with each other .
