I am insulating my garage and have a question about insulation stops.The roof overhangs on three sides. When using insulation stops should I keep them flush to the wall of the soffit vent (ledger board)? Or do put them in the soffit vent area and have the insulation over hang a bit?
Any help would be appreciated.

Put them in the soffit vent area and have the insulation over hang a bit as long as the insulation does not interfer with the flow of air.
