what kind of metal and what size?
and i will be using a 175cc motorcycle engine since its the cheapest around here
and i will be using the suspension from a motorcycle o scooter as well
im in the philippines so i can probably get all the parts here
i have a welder already
can someone list down all the things i need please?
and any suggestions?

Use whatever steel tubing you can beg, borrrow or steal... Square or round tubing will work, but round is most commonly used though it is more difficult to make your joints fit well. I would look for anything 1" (25mm) or larger.
