Hey,
Im currently completing a year 12 major work. I have decided to make a couch. Simply as it would be so rewarding when i finish :D I was wondering if you could give me any idea at all of how to upholster a couch, or anywhere that i can find out how to :o

Well, I have a question first. Do you have the frame built already? Wood, springs etc. All you want is information on how to upholster the sofa right?
Well, i wouldn't say it will be simple that's a bad word in uhp. field.
Well let me know if the frame is finished. Than we can go from there. The best experince in upholstery is to take an old chair apart and check out all the layers. And remember to reverse procedure putting it back together. My personal preferance would be trying that before you made your own.
Also check the Jr. colleges in your area for classes. There tons of books out there on the subject. Let me know if you need any other information on this subject.
