LimeAway works good. My wife has a janitorial Co. and uses that a lot.

Every once in a while she runs across some windows that it won't work on , or fast enough, then she uses a toilet bowl cleaner called 60 seconds " gloves and safety glass needed with this product. You can find it at most Janitorial supply stores

Test a small out of the way area of your house first, sometimes it will remove the paint or tarnish window frames.

to use 60 seconds. hose window, apply 60 seconds with a sponge and hose off fast, no real scrubbing needed
