Really need some info on what's the best way for me to insulate my wooden summer house (18x12ft). I live in England so during the winter it gets pretty cold out there, whereas during the summer it gets quite warm. Any suggestions for the most efficiant and cost effective way to do so??

You might find this site useful. I know in your country foam injection and blown in insulation is used a lot. Even Urea Formalgahyde is still used there. There are also a variety of websites that deal with issues with insulation in your country, along with as many recommended methods. I would recommend searching the web to gain as much information about insulating in your area before making a decision.
