Want to insulate my basement ceiling but the joist are 20” on center and I’m having trouble find that batts that width. Any help appreciated.

Manfacturers like Certainteed and Manville have their own websites which provide for customer inquiries. I recommend going to one of their sites and ask them if they have a product that can help you. They will also know and give you the distributors nearest to you.

IF you cant find 20" wide insul. then think of improvising a solution using the more standard sizes; it can be done- and would cost less.
