I have a 6 yr old deck with a rubbery surfacing that is cracking/degrading from sun exposure. The material is an elastomeric-like substance, which is either "Elastatex 500" or similar product. I need to resurface and was wondering if anyone has any tips for me. The manufacturer is Dex-o-Tex, and their website was uninformative.
