Kitchen Large Electric Appliances - Kenmore Fridge

I have a Kenmore Fridge model #74852400---serial #BA41814569--with factory ice maker model #AD-18 and was manufactured on 04/2004, it was purchased in June. The problem is i can't seem to run the fridge temp pass the recommened mark without the darn thing freezing up and having to defrost it manually. The rec mark does keep everything cold but i would like my beverages a little colder ;) . Any ideas what i can do or since it is under warranty just call them? The problem with calling them is, i live way out in the boonies and it will take them weeks to get a guy out here. Thanks for any help or advice that is given.

Its better to call Sears in the warranty period, they will not charge you a dime in that first year of warranty.

I used to live in Tucson, Arizona. I would drive my Montgomery Ward Service Van to all parts of the desert boonies :D I enjoyed it.
And not having to charge the customer, makes everyone happy.:)

Sounds like just a minor cold control thermostat problem.
