Hello Bran and Welcome to the Do It Yourself Web Site and my Gas Appliances topic.

Turn off the gas and electrical power to each appliance. The built in oven is screwed into the cabinet with screws inside the oven doors frame. Remove the gas supply line to that appliance ans well as to the cooktop.

The cooktop has clamps which secure it to the countertop inside the cabinet to which it is mounted in. The replacement unit will re install in about the same method. Once both new appliances are installed, likely also have to replace the gasline connections with new flex connectors and possibly new gas shut off valves.
