Kitchen Large Electric Appliances - Kenmore oven clock

Due to construction in my neighborhood, my electricity went out for approximately 5 minutes. Since then, my clock on my stove does not work. The stove cannot be older than 1997 as that is when my house was built. Does anyone know if there is a "reset" switch or simply a fuse I can locate to get my clock back?

You asked if you can get the clock back. Does that mean reset back to the correct time or does it mean back to being displayed on the control panel?

Where would I find the model number? I don't think I have the manual since I did not purchase this stove.

It is a touch panel.

No clock is showing up at all.
