We went from an old porcelain tub to a one piece shower unit. The guy got the unit in the bathroom without installing the drain from the bottom, then he left. Can the drain now be installed from the top? And how, please? I've been without a shower or bath for a week now.........
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hopefully, if you look down the hole for the drain, you will see internal threads that the drain screws into. Teflon tape the drain and put plumbers putty around the edge of the drainhole and screw it in.There should also be a rubber gasket that sits between the lower drain and the shower floor.Good luck.
