My bath tub is an older tub from the 50's ( gray in color) It is starting to rust in thr drain hole where the drain spout and tub connect together is there any that can fix this

Gray is going to be a hard color to find on the shelf but you may be able to find small bottles of black and white appliance touch-up paint and mix them until you get a close match. Then sand off the rust and paint it.
