I got three different estimates for a stamped concerte patio, walkway,
driveway sides and they all came very close. The total Sqft was ~1000.
I saw that all of those people were cutting corners and mesuring approximately. It came out to about $7000 or they say it's $7 for Sqft.
Is this a good estimate? I live in Detroit MI.

$7 a sq. ft. for stamped concrete -- that's about right.
You got 3 estimates and they are all right there. You job is to choose the one who will do a finished product that you are willing to live with. Ask for pictures of other jobs that they have done, then go LOOK at them!!
