Pressure washed and cleaned my Redwood deck and then let it dry thoroughy. I then sprayed on Olympic transparent water protection and UV block. After 4 days of drying there are places that still look wet and are somwhat sticky. I thinking I obviously applied too much. Do I need to start all over again or can I use something to go over the deck to remove excess. Thanks for any help. I'm frustra  ted..

I do not recommend spraying stain/etc on a deck unless you are following it with a brush to spread it out. You could try to pressure wash it off the areas that are still sticky.

You could also try applying some fresh stain to the wet areas with a brush and then wipe it off the spots that won't dry with a rag .
