Pulling old vinyl baseboard off ceramic tile wall left a coal of hardened yellow/brown adhesive. Scraping does little to nothing... Tried some Gum-Out, didn't help the process. Any type/brand of stripper or adhesive remover that will take this off?

Hammer or rubber mallet and a chisel to remove the big stuff. Then a scraper razor to remove the smaller.

Forum posters tend to report the best success for removing adhesive is heat gun and scraper.
