I want to remove the roof on a covered deck that is over a finished room. I'm not crazy about underdecking sysems in this situation. Is there a decking product, that will look like gray stained preassure treated wood, that can be made watertight and sloped enough to drain water? It's a small deck, 10 by 20. Thanks.

Your first objective is to provide a waterproof roof over the room. If you want that roof to double as a deck, then some sort of an under decking system is going to be the only viable solution.

You COULD seal the flat roof with some sort of vinyl -- Bituthane and EDPM come to mind -- but if it ever leaks. you'll have to tear the deck off to get to it.
