I am looking for advice about how to convert a corner stall shower drain into the drain for a claw foot bath tub. The drain center for the tub is about 4 inches away from the existing shower drain. Would it be possible to elevate the tub and slope the drain pipe or use flexible drain pipe, and does this meet washington state code? I also have broken the tongues of two of the feet, but the JB weld that used to repair them seems very secure. Is there a way of supporting the underside of the tub, so the full weight doesnt rest of the broken feet without it showing from underneath.

You will need to relocate the trap arm and possibly the vent stack.
The waste and overflow will be fully exposed and are available in a variety of finishes.
I would suggest that the whole architectural experience may be lost if you resort to some makeshift alternative support method.
I have included some links that you may find informative in affording a clawfoot tub, the respect its due.
