My kitchen contractor wants to remove the dishwasher when the new engineered wood floor is layed so the wood will be under it. The floor guys say that the floor goes in front of the dishwasher. Who is right?

I try to get it just under the front legs. Sometimes the wood is too thick and locks the dishwasher in. The only way to do it is modify the cabinets when the dishwasher needs replacing. Or modify it ahead of time.
