TV would not power up and just had new power supply installed. TV powers up now but has picture problems.
1. Color bar at top of screen from corner to corner approx. 3/4" - 1" Thick.
2. Picture and bar are distorted in the corners.
3. Picture does not quite go to bottom of TV screen.
4. In dark scenes and between scenes, Red diagonal lines can be seen running from the bottom left corner to the top right corner. There are approx. 12 lines about 1/8" -1/4" thick.
5. Too much red/orange in faces depending on different scenes. When I try to adjust out with standard menu controls things become green.
6. All black items in a picture have green tint.
7. Blues seem to be fine.
8. I get a lot of red eye on people.
I live in the country and had to take the tv 40 miles to town and bring it back after the power supply was replaced. Could something have happened in transportation? Can adjustments be made by me to correct?
For future refernce, what company produces the best dlp or lcd big screen and stands behind it with the least amount of trouble.

hi.sounds like you may have another problem, maybe caused by the trip back home, or the repair shop didn't to fix it or setup right.
does the rapair shop have a warranty on their repairs? like 90 days on parts and labor?
if so, give them a call, and have them come out to your home and have them take a look at it.any addtional parts you may have to pay for, the labor should be free if still under warranty. this was the way we did it.

I took it in because it would not come on. They did fix that but claim they did some adjustments. I am not sure if it was their adjustments or the trip but it is not right.
