I primed with SW A-100 at least 36 hours before todays rain so I think thats OK. How long should I wait after the weather clears before topcoating with SW latex Superpaint?

24-48 after the rain stops usually is long enough. If its a real concern, consider picking up a moisture meter and checking it to see if its dry enough.
