I am in the process of replacing the flywheel on a Casablanca Ceiling Fan model Venus a pretty heavy fan. I have removed all of the necessary components to get to the flywheel and now I need a tool that allows me to remove the flywheel and insert the new one. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so, I would appreciate some feedback. I do not want to remove the fan and ship it to California for repairs.

Thank you for any information you can provide.

I know it's a long time Mario had this problem, but I know there is a video on YouTube explaining way to remove Flywheel. Have a look at this video Remove Flywheel of Ceiling Fan (http://www.howtovdos.com/video/dp-video-1000110_How_To_Repair_Flywheel_of_Ceiling_Fan.aspx?forceview=&lar=y). I thought this would help someone facing similar situation.
