I'm looking for some suggestions.
I'm putting in a partial glass block wall as a tub enclosure in my bathroom (56"h x 30"w on a 18"h wall base) - it's anchored to one wall, but free standing at the head and outside, so I don't want to put a tension shower curtain rod on it, which will put pressure on that open corner. so I was thinking of mortaring some kind of fixture onto the top corner of the block wall and using a pipe (curtain rod) to tie the wall into the standing bathroom wall.
Is there any such fixture/configuration that I can get for this, or is this over engineering?
Thanks for any ideas,
Timonky

You can buy a hanger at the Big Box stores and lots of hardware stores that is just what you want. It is a bracket with a half-round support built into it that you could glue or silicone onto your glass wall.Check out the shower curtain area of these stores. Good luck and post back.
