we are having problems with the ceiling fan in our wreck room. the light works but the fan does not turn. you can hear the fan turn on but the blades do not rotate. we purchased a new three-way switch thinking it might be wired wrong, so i have been trying to wire it but i don't think i know what wire goes to which #. there is an L,1,2,and 3. and then there are the wire colors of orange, black, yellow and purple. any ideas would be appreciated. :p
